NOTES: From 1912 to at least 1923 the US editions were on sale in UK. The 1st UK edition was almost certainly 1924. From around 1925 to 1930 there were 3 versions produced: paper covered (1 Shilling), full-bound cloth (2 Shillings), and half-bound leather with cloth sides (3 Shillings). A full-bound cloth version was produced at least until 1936.
How to find your UK book's date
The print date for Kodak London editions can be found by looking at the printer's code (letters and numbers) in small print at the bottom of the last page. The last two digits (almost certainly) give the print date. For example if the printer's code is A6770WP5527 it indicates that the book was printed in 1927. If your book has a printer's code not listed above please let me know.
